"I had an amazing experience working with Megan at State Farm. From the very beginning, she took her time to answer every single question I had and made sure I truly understood what renter’s insurance is and how the whole process works. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and by the end of the conversation, I honestly felt educated and confident in my decision. Megan was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional, but what really stood out was her problem solving. She didn’t just give surface level answers. She really listened, thought things through, and made sure everything fit my needs. You can tell she genuinely loves her job and enjoys helping people, and that kind of energy makes a huge difference. This was hands down some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. She actually made my day better, which is not something you expect when talking about insurance. State Farm is lucky to have her. Somebody needs to give Megan a raise because she’s definitely doing it right. If you’re looking for someone who knows their stuff and actually cares, ask for Megan."
